Informix Web kit environment variables

Hi all, I apologize in advance if you have already read this post. I've posted it before, but did not receive a response so I'm posting it again. Does anyone have information on or a pointer to information on how to access the environment variable cgi_env.remote_user? I'm using the Informix Webkit which has the cgi_env structure defined with the field remote_user among other fields. I can access some of the other fields but can't get to the remote_user field. I believe the field is NOT getting populated even though it should be. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time. Chuck cdgendry@anet.rockwell.com
