Red Hat Linux Enterprise version 3. Kernel: 2.4.21-4.EL I am trying to install Informix 9.4 using Unix bundle installer. The installation failed with the following messages: Installing IBM Informix Dynamic Server 9.40 65316 blocks bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied What to do?

John, I read somewhere to ignore those errors so keep going with installation process. In the end every thing went ok. Good luck.
