AFAIK Online and SE use the same SQLI protocol as IDS. The last change to
the basic protocol was in Online 5.06/5.07 (.07 fixed performance bugs in
the 'new' protocol introduced in 5.06), IDS has just extended it to support
new data types, etc. Since SE uses the same sqlexecd as Online...
