WebKit example wont link with libcgiusr.a

We are unable to link the informix provided example customer.ec with the webkit library. We installed the webkit using the automated script installwk. compile command: esql -I/usr/informix/incl/esql customer.ec -o customer.cgi \\ -L/usr/informix/lib/esql results in the following errors: ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .cgi_mimetype ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .cgi_start ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: cgi_env ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .cgi_free ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .cgi_print_text ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .cgi_get_form_entry ld: 0711-345 Use the -bloadmap or -bnoquiet option to obtain more information.
