Informix Newera & OLE

Hi All ! I need some help ? I need to know if Newera 3.0 supports OLE Automation. I have a copy of 3.0 installed. The documantation is pretty bad. It talks a bit about OLE, But I am not sure if it just supports embedding of OLE objects. I know they dont support object linking ! Does it really support OLE automation or have they used the term OLE just to sell their product...?? (If nobody else answers, I at least expect an explanation from Infromix) ThankX in advance !!
