Index types question & Stored procedures question

Hi: What index types are available in Informix, and what are their intended uses? Could you point me to any tech resources on the Web? Also, does Informix have it's own procedural extension to SQL that can be used to write stored procedures, triggers, functions, etc? Know resources on the Web? Thanks and regards,
