Susan,
why is it so important for you to change the initial extent size? The
result would be rather cosmetic, since onload will load all extents of
a table into one contiguous extent, no matter what number and size the
original extents were before the onunload.
So in fact, each one of your tables will only have one extent after
you did the onunload/onload. To avoid future fragmentation, you can do
an "ALTER TABLE NEXT SIZE xxx" afterwards. Maybe that could save you
a lot of work.
