TERMCAP under Solaris7

Hello everybody ! I've got a problem: We use some 4gl Programs on our new Sun machine with Solaris7, IDS 7.3 and 4GL 6.05 and some of the functionkeys don't work. I've tested the termcap file from the IIUG archive, but it hasn't any effect. What do I have to do to use *all* (e.g.: F1, F11, F12, Shift F1, Pagedown etc) function keys in a xterm ?
