What I have been told is dbaccess (OnLine 7.2) has a bug that will
prevent it from logging out. Hence it will not release the resource. I
bet your problem does not occur during the first dbaccess after booting
up your server. I was also told that Informix is aware of the problem
and has a bug number. Sorry, I don't know the bug number.
