Network Connection Failure

Hello Everyone, Our database engine has failed twice in the last two days. Here is what the online.log shows during the time the engine failed. 14:30:01 Assert Failed: Internal Error - Segmentation Violation 14:30:01 Who: Session(303, arsadmin@awvsun1, 5697, 242010456) Thread(10, sm_listen, 0, 1) 14:30:01 Results: OnLine must abort 14:30:01 Action: Reinitialize shared memory 14:30:01 See Also: /var/tmp/af.a6458 The environment are as follows: 1. ULTRA 3000 2. 262144K Memory 3. 4 CPUs @ 166mhz 4. Informix On-line 7.24 5. NUMCPUVPS is set to 3 6. NETTYPE is set to ipcshm,1,20,NET tlitcp,2,20,CPU Once I get the error above I can't connect to the database. When I run onmonitor an error message will show "Network Down".
