Hi, We are looking at creating a website for a customer, who runs a Strategix (based on Informix) DB. They wish to have a website that accesses data from this DB, and displays the results. We are well used to achieving this with SQL Server, but have little experience with other platforms. The client has SCO Vision SQL Retriever running with ODBC drivers, and I need to know how we can query the database via this or alternatively through Informix ODBC driver, from an externally held web server. This will be running through a firewall aswell for obvious reasons. Any help is very much appreciated. thanks Mark

It's a package wich includes ODBC drivers, ESQL/C pre-processor and other APIs (C++). It's freely available from IBM Informix site: http://www.ibm.com/software/data/informix more precisely: http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/product.jsp?cat=database&S_TACT=104AH+W42&S_CMP=&id=RBAR-4ZFM5S&s=c (I hope this URL works... don't ask me how I got there... :) ) Regards.
