I have an Informix table that I copied from a Unix computer to a WIN95 computer. How can I view this data or convert it to a format that ACCESS97 can read? Thanks in advance for the help. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Share what you know. Learn what you don't.

Hi, I think you have (at least) two possibilities: 1) Use ODBC to connect MSACCESS directly to the Informix database. 2) "UNLOAD" the table in Informix, maybe specifying a DELIMITER you want (default is |) copy the unload-file to the PC "import" it to MSAccess specifying the delimiter (default is ;) you gave in the UNLOAD regards -- Helmut Leininger Bull AG / Vienna Unix Support Email: h.leininger@bull.at helmut.leininger@bull.net This opinion is mine and not necessarily that of my employer. No guarantees whatsoever.
