Restore failed via using backup file generated by InformixHQ

Hi, I notice that backup file generated from HQ is corrupted during restore in staging server. I use InformixHQ Server Version: 1.4.0 Build Timestamp: 2020-10-30T07:53:02-0500 Hence, it execute error; Physical restore failed - ÓÛ Program over. What makes me wonder is that when i try run backup using manual ontape on the informix, the restoratation performs fine and completed succesfully. Is it possible that it is due to old version of HQ? HQ, no matter which version, really only would initiate a backup, same with restore - the actual backup and restore process would be .. ontape or onbar. I think we really should get a view at the actual problem, and the config + steps being done to arrive there. Hi Andreas, Thanks for responding, we are using IDS version 12.10 FC8. I am not sure what causes this issue. It's only happen when i try to generate backup using HQ where during the backup, online log doesnt show any weird message or error at all and it seems the backup generated looks fine. The only closest assumption i can say that the backup file is corrupted is when we try to restore the data then the error appears.
