To put it into a book, you would have to pay people to review every post to go into the book for technical accuracy. That would require a bunch of folks with varying fields of expertise (4gl, SQL, server architecture, etc.), which would not be cheap. Speaking personally, I would not give approval for any endeavor that uses MY knowledge and expertise to make ANY money, whether it be modest or otherwise, for anyone other than my employer.
