You need to use 2 commands:
onstat -g {ses or sql} to determine the SID
onmode -z SID to actually kill the session
However, before you go doing that, I would HIGHLY advise looking at the
Administrators Guide at
http://www.informix.com/answers/english/docs/73ids/4354.pdf
The reason is this: using onmode -z against a wrongly identified SID can
cause VERY BAD things to happen.
