4GL Q: How to setup Scrollable Text field with 4GL/FORMS

Fellow Informix'ers, Question on Setting up scrollable char fields on a screen using I4GL and Forms. I have a field in a database table defined as varchar(255), but have only 50 chars available on the screen to display the field. What I want to do is make this field on the screen scrollable to the right or left. So if the user wants to add text greater than 50 chars, the field will scroll while the user types. How would I do this with 4GL. Have seen the Docs, but could not figure it out. I have I4GL V4.00. Please let me know if this can be done with any later versions or not?
