Variable Page Lengths in 4GL report

I am using the 4GL report writer with New Era (don't yell) to produce ascii files which will be uploaded into another system. I would like to make the page length equal to the number of rows so I don't have bunch of carriage returns hanging after the end of my last row. Doing a count(*) before my foreach gives me, of course, the number of rows I will need on that page. However, in output, page length will not allow a variable for, well, page length. Is there any way to make the page length = to the number of rows dynamically?
