Adding Logical Log (HDR Enviroment)

Hy, Guys. What do I have to consider to add logical logs to primary server in HDR enviroment ? I got a customer that uses HDR solution and we are haveing some troubles with HDR performance. In some place in online.log I got this message WARNING! Logical log layout may cause Dynamic Server to get into a locked state. Recommended smallest logical log size is 2 times maximum concurrent user threads.
