why can't I run viewpointpro report on DS 7.24?

hello,everyone This is my first time to use the group. the following is the question. I can run view pointpro 2.1 report to access informix dynamic server 7.12. but cann't open it in widnows to access Informix Dynamic Servier 7.24. so what can I do? The error message is "cann't load display rule" I don't know if there are newer version about the view pointpro? My version is 2.1. I get NEWERA product from Infromix cop. it include two disk : one is NEWERA , and another is NEWERA Application Server. If I need to install newera application server's program on the backend. How can I do it? hope get answer immediately. Your sinerely, Tomas Yang
