How do you find out who has locked a table/row/page in Online?

Is there anyway to find out which user/process has currently locked a row (or page/table) in Online using 4gl (or esql/c)? Would also be helpful if I could tell if the lock was shared or exclusive without changing the isolation level or attempting to set a lock. Thanks in advance. -- ---
