ISQL/DBACCESS - User Priviliges

We have an Informix (online 7.2) server with 3 databases. How do I ensure that one of the databases can ONLY be accessed from a 4gl application, yet have the other 2 databases reasonably open allowing access from ISQL/DBACCESS. Any ideas appreciated - David
