Yup. Thats right folks. Someone put enough lipstick on that blue pig to make it attractive enough that I would actually want to rejoin the IBM Borg collective! Not all of the details have worked out, but we've come to an understanding as we work out the salary, vacation, and what would my exact roll be within IM. I told them that I wanted to have all of my directs cross matrixed to me for the first year and then I'd hold their paper after that. I really can't say much more, although you do know those "PR pieces" where the question is about IDS but you get the DB2 slant? Rumor has it that the individual who shall remain nameless... [Bernie Spang] is being moved to a different roll within the beast. Anyone willing to take a bet to see how long I last this time? ;-) But hey! What do I know? :-) I'm not even sure what day it is. -G _________________________________________________________________ Get in touch in an instant. I find it interesting that you would consider this when you talk so "highly" about them. On our white board here at work we have the $GDC variable.....Gumby Delusional Count....it just went up to 200 with this last post. export GDC=200
