We had the same rowid problem with 5.0 on sun/unix. I was using rowid for all my form queries. The engine (online) was returning the write count (if 10 things qualified for the search, 10 rows would be returned) but all the rowids where the same numbers (pointing to something that would not even qualify for the search). We called informix and they said that it was a bug in the engine. So we went back to 4.1. Now we are getting the 5.01 and I am hoping that the bug is fixed. dshirazi@uhl.uiowa.edu
