WANTED: GUI Menuing system to launch NewEra programs.

I'm looking for a GUI menuing system that can be used to launch NewEra programs. It could be written in Visual C++, Visual BASIC, NewEra, etc. We have over 500 screens and reports in a Manufacturing/Distribution/ Purchasing/Order Entry package written in both character based Informix 4gl and NewEra using true common code that we need to be able to launch in windows.
