Porting over to Third Partry Product

Hi: This question is for you Informix guru out there. I have a problem, currently we have an Altos (Old flavor of Unix) with Informix SQL-4GL/RDS installed. This SQL system currently server some 50 users, whose task include anything from data entry report writing. The problem is that this system is so OLD, and no one in the organization know how to program SQL. The MIS guy decided to port all existing databases (Customized Membership for a Musuem) over to a third party vendor. The vendor already have to software written and they just need RAW ASCII data from the Altos SQL's database. My question is: how do I convert all of the Database over to an ANSCII raw data format?
