Re: After OS upgrade, can't run database engine

I had this problem last week. I was upgrading to 7.23fc1 on DEC v4.00. The problem ended up being a kernel parameter "ssm-threshold = 0" the 0 gives unlimited memory. This parameter replaced the maxmem parameter in the new OS release. I would recommend going through the OS release documentation to see what parameters have changed.
