Error installing IDS - Personal Edition

Hi, I get the error "ONCONFIG not found due to improper removing files, you must run our uninstallation" when I try to install IDS-PE. I've already tried to run uninstall but still get the same error. Anybody knows what is going on ? Thanks, Ivan
