Hi! I've linked static libs into NewEra without problems. How do you call a static lib function? Suppose I have the function "callee", that is implemented in a static lib and I want to call it from the NewEra function CALLER. Then I write in C.4GL : -- Declare an external function BEGIN_C void callee(); END_C -- -- . . . -- FUNCTION CALLER() RETURNING VOID BEGIN_C -- -- . . . -- -- Call an external function callee(); -- -- . . . -- END_C END FUNCTION If you still have problems, please make the called static lib as small as possible with maybe just one entry point and then try to call it from a program as simple as possible. If you still have problems, you can "dissect" the generated .MAK file and try to link the program by hand. If you still have problems, ask here again. Maks Romih Ljubljana Slovenia
