Performance of Uniface with Informix Online

The company, where i work, is thinking about switching to a application build in Uniface with Informix Online as the database-server. One of the questions is the performance of Uniface compared to the same query that is runned on the database-server itself. I already read some messages in this newsgroup about the performance loss when a query is runned on a client with Informix-star, so i wonder how the performance of Uniface is. Some data : The client is running MS-Windows and the database server is running Informix Online v5.0 and Informix-star. Who can help ?
