There are third-party tools that work with Informix and Unix. Look at JAM from JYACC. It allows you to make a Motif, character- mode, or Web interface for Informix on Unix. Look at the homepage for a demo and info, or send me email. http://www.jyacc.com Also, Uniface, Unify, Dynasty and Forte might have Unix versions for Informix.
