which ISQL handle GLS ?

Hi, we upgraded our DB to IDS 7.30UC9 and ISQL to 7.20UD6. But ISQL can not handle nchar type clipping nor subscripting (xxx[1,2]). It seems ISQL does not know the n-types (char+varchar) at all - when I get info about table, nchar type is shown as char... So what is the correct ISQL version for GLS DB ?
