IDS 9.3.0 Error in initialize

Encountered below error while initializing the IDS 9.3.0 server. Any idea ? Program stopped at "tb4_exsq.4gl", line number 922. FORMS statement error number -1102. Field name not found in form rgds Ajith

You're running ON-Monitor, not ON-Init as is implied by your comment about initializing the server. You aren't telling us the exact version (9.30.xCn, the x and n are both important - and note the version numbering punctuation). You aren't telling us the platform. The message probably means that your installation is incomplete - or you have somehow rigged things so that the official form files are not being found. Look at $INFORMIXDIR/forms; compare its contents with the files listed in $INFORMIXDIR/etc/IIFfiles (or IDS2000files - it depends on your platform).
