Mike, Go to Informix's web site, supposedly they have some tools(I think at cost) for the conversion of schema, sql and procedures from Sybase to Informix. I have actually used Perl and parsed/built my own schema from Sybase to Informix and am looking at developing a complete development tools package myself around informix for any database.
