Why do you want Online 5.x to be opensourced ? Just to save your own licence costs ? or to grow marketshare ?

I remember someone at a talk saying that the legacy stuff (SE, Online 5) gets hardly any bug reports and taking hardly any resource for IBM to support. Why would they opensource something that is such a good money maker?
