Move your TCP and MUX listeners (NETTYPE) to 3 NET VPS each and change the
shared memory listener to use all 3 CPU VPs and the load will be balanced
better. If you want to know why scan for a recent post in which I
elaborated on this load balance issue and the role of the NETTYPE options
or read my tuning article in Informix TechNotes Volume 8, Issue 3.
Also your server has read 12Million pages into the buffer cache in 14
hours of uptime, 100,000 buffers is just NOT enough. I'd guess you will
see best performance with about 600,000 buffers, start by doubling to
200,000 and see what happens. You should have CLEANER >= LRUS, increase
to 16 to match LRUS to improve flush performance for all those new
buffers.
