David, Just modifying the tbconfig files won't do it. You've got to actually create the logfiles, either using tbmonitor, parameters, logfiles options or by using the tbparam program. After you create the new logs, you need to do an archive to make them effective. You can **only** increase the number of logs, not the size. You have a maximum of about 60 logs. If this doesn't give you enough logfile space, you'll have to reinitialize the database, which is essentially a complete db format and system rebuild.....not for the novice. Note that you can set your archive device to /dev/null and make the archives happen immediately.
