Does anyone know if there exists a thread safe version of informix 4gl. Thanks. William

As Art points out, it is non-trivial to create one. There are lots of global variables in the libraries; every one of those would have to be excised and made thread-safe. Just to point out some of the better known ones, think of STATUS and INT_FLAG. -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
