Must work. But ^^^^^ ^^^^^ You will got other problem: sheduler start jobs as SYSTEM account (by default), but dbexport must be runned by someone from informix-admins and Administrators groups. Change in Control Panel -> services -> Schedule -> Log on as: this account -> Administrator and add Administrator in Informix-admin group.
