RE: Is there a gateway issue?

You know... you should be careful on what information you filter. ;-) I mean, I know I've been the largest pain in the ass when it comes to IBM's sales and marketing of IDS, but I also happen to know the most about IBM's S&D and what and how customers perceive IDS. And when I say customers, I mean net new customers. Not the 'faithful'. ;-P I don't pick on the engineering staff. Yes, IDS has warts and yes there are a few brain dead things, however, both Oracle and DB2 are far worse. Y'all don't think marketing and sales matter, but they do. But hey what do I know? ;-P > From: neil.truby@ardenta.com > Subject: Re: Is there a gateway issue? > Date: Fri, 5 Mar 2010 09:03:57 +0000 > To: informix-list@iiug.org > > "John Carlson" <jwcarlson1@yahoo.com.invalid> wrote in message > news:hmpqvh$r3n$1@news.eternal-september.org... > > I'm reading on c.d.i UseNet.
