Changing colors with Informix for Windows

I'm messing about with Informix for Windows at the moment, and can't figure out how to change the colors used in our 4GL programs. When I DISPLAY something ATTRIBUTE(GREEN) it looks awful. I'd like it to be (RED) instead. On the Unix box I could, theoretically, edit the COLORNAMES file (I forget the exact name) and remap GREEN to RED. I say "theoretically" because I never actually got it to work. Failing that I could edit my TERMCAP - that *does* work. The Informix for Windows manual talks about using Windows to do it, but I can't figure out how to do anything other than change the background color! And yes, I do realize I could just change all my source to say RED instead of GREEN - that's not the point! It'd also screw up my program which lets the User choose whatever colors *they* want our application to use.
