Backup Using IBM's ADSM
We're going to be using IBM's ADSM to do complete system backups
(i.e. directories, network stuff, Informix DB's, etc.). We'll be
running ODS 7.24 or 7.3 under AIX 4.21 or 4.3. My question is:
does anyone know what the connectivity requirements are to Informix
if the front end is ADSM (eg. does it call onbar? or does it have a
lower level of connection?). If y'all have any experience setting
this up, or how it's used, any help would be appreciated.
