Informix 4GL information

Can anyone of you please tell me , which is the latest version of Informix-4GL development version that is compatible with IDS 9.4x on Sun solaris or any platform, as we are planning to go for a major upgrade. My current 4GL version is "INFORMIX-4GL Version 7.20.UE2 Pcode Version 720" and informix dynamic server is also 7.x on solaris. The above information will be of great help to me.
