How can I control image of blob datat type .. loc_t photo; photo.loc_loctype = LOCMEMORY; photo.loc_buffer = photo_buf; photo.loc_size = 10000 - 1; and what I do add in this coding?

Once you have all of the required fields of the loc_t structure, photo,
set up you use it as a host variable in a INSERT statement, PUT cursor,
SELECT cursor, UPDATE statement, etc. Check out the sample programs inthe samples subdirectory in $INFORMIXDIR. You can also checkout how
I used BLOBs in my dbcopy.ec, ul.ec, and myschema.ec utilities which
are contained in the package utils2_ak in the IIUG Software Repository.
