If the growth curve was fairly flat, as it was several years ago, I would be much more ready to jump down Informix's throat. I agree that commitments made by a technician needs to be honored, there is no excuse for not keeping your word. I am, however, willing to work with them as long as I know they are trying to keep up. In some ways, I predict this situation will only get worse given what we saw a couple of days ago via satellite. Informix and it's products are going to be in a **serious** kick-backside position. They're going to be taking market share like never before and more customers are going to be needing support. I would hope they start gearing up for it now.
