connect to database server

I am changing version of 9.30 FC4 to 9:40 FC4 and am checking all the connections but I do not understand because this happens(passes)? Does someone know? Already check the sqlhosts, the services, the .rhosts and the hosts.equiv. But I do not understand does not do the connection.
