TABLE UNWANTED FRAGMENTATION

I did an oncheck -pe and I get the following on the temporary db space. Is this normal. Why is the temporary db space fragmented if there are no tables in it? Is this affecting performance? I am re-creating a table so it does not get too fragmented over time. The only problem that I have is that the informix tables containing the statistics are in the same dbspace. Should I drop the sys tables for the statistics, re-create the table and update statistics again?
