Re: Informix ODBC drivers

Hi The OpenLink ODBC drivers for Informix 5 & 7 are available in two forms: 1. OpenLink (MT) Driver - this driver uses our own database independant comms layer and requires the installation of our server software on the machines hosting the Informix database. 2. OpenLink Lite Informix Driver - this driver uses the database vendors communication software ie I-Net and does not require the installation of any server software, but does require I-Net to be installed on each client machine whereas the (MT) driver does not. Both these drivers can be downloaded from our WEB page 'http://www.openlinksw.com'; on a 30 day evaluation. NB: We also have a newsgroup 'news.openlink.co.uk' where any questions regarding OpenLink or Middleware in general can be posted.
