Power problem leaves transaction lock hanging

Well it had to happen. Due to some construction in the office, a user's PC running a 4GL program on my AIX server lost power and the program was terminated. Unfortunately, this didn't close the transaction she was in properly, and the document she was modifying is still locked. I checked the engine (Online 5.02), and there are no parentless sqlturbo processes to terminate with tbmode. The books seem to have little to say about such a problem, except for how to track a transaction through the system. Is there any information out there on how to remove the lock on the data? -- Mike Lemon mdl@interpath.com
