Informix Online and Enterprise Server 3.0

We have Informix OnLine for Windows NT and Enterprise Server 3.0, sometimes oninit has 99% of the processor, and the database is down, this succeds when the PC crash and we have to poweroff. Somebody knows what can we do to solve it ? Thank you
