Having spent many a day making SQL look tidy for reports/etc Oninit decided to write a Sql2Html convertor, yes there are others out there, but AFAIK they don't understand Informix at lot of the time, especially the V9.x syntax. It does drilldown into entities and other such things. So if you are bored, with nothing to do and have no friends check out http://www.oninit.com/sql2html/index.html I sure if you break it you'll let us know. It's runs OK on Linux (OK Redhat) and Solaris 6/7/8/9 and compiles with gcc 2.9x and 3.x To run it ./sql2html < myschema.sql > myschema.html Cheers -- Paul Watson # Oninit Ltd # Growing old is mandatory Tel: +44 1436 672201 # Growing up is optional Fax: +44 1436 678693 # Mob: +44 7818 003457 # www.oninit.com #
